John Kerry Claims 1st Amendment is in the way of Globalist Agenda

During a recent World Economic Forum meeting, John Kerry discussed the growing distrust in mainstream media, noting that people are increasingly turning to independent sources for information. He remarked on the challenges of governance today, stating, “The referees we once relied on to distinguish fact from fiction have largely disappeared. As a result, individuals self-select their news sources, leading to a cycle of misinformation.”

Kerry emphasized the need for accountability in these independent entities, warning that relying on a single, biased source could spread disinformation, while also acknowledging the protective role of the First Amendment against such suppression. He advocated for winning electoral support to facilitate meaningful change.

In his comments, Kerry expressed concern about democracies struggling to manage unapproved information sources, suggesting that the upcoming U.S. election will influence whether censorship continues. “Democracies are challenged right now, and this election will determine if we can overcome these issues,” he stated.

Former President Donald Trump, at a recent rally, pledged to safeguard free speech by banning federal collusion in censorship. Meanwhile, the U.N. has proposed a “Pact for the Future” that includes global digital IDs and online censorship measures, which could be further established under a Harris administration.

Rep. Thomas Massie highlighted that the First Amendment is intended to prevent government officials like Kerry from controlling public discourse.
